Job Title: Home Improvement Project Coordinator

Position Summary:
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our residential home improvement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project logistics, maintaining client communication, scheduling resources, and overseeing crews to ensure timely and quality completion of work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of home improvement projects from planning through completion.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project.
- Organize and schedule delivery of materials to ensure timely availability on-site.
- Work closely with subcontractors and crew members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timelines are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and proactively address any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, materials, and communications.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure project goals align with company standards and client expectations.
- Assist with permitting processes and coordination with local municipalities when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within home improvement, construction, or remodeling.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience managing construction crews and coordinating subcontractors.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools.
- Ability to read construction drawings and understand project scopes.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work onsite and travel locally to project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Familiarity with residential and light commercial projects.
- Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes.
