As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating front-end loaders, excavators, and grinders, safely and efficiently, contributing to the production of high-quality compost and mulch from organic waste as well as yard and wood waste.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of heavy-duty machinery operations experience with dozers, front-end loaders and excavators.
Mechanical Aptitude required to complete daily inspections and service requirements.
You are able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
You hold a valid Driver's License – it is a requirement.
We are a drug-free workplace, and a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Compensation package:
$25 - $30 per hour based on experience
