Grounds and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an individual who speaks English and Spanish well. That will assits in keeping our grounds clean and are able to lift at minimum of 50 pounds. There will be other duties assign but not limited to painting, changing light bulbs, cleaning common areas, ordering supplies, picking up supplies, taking vehicle maintenance. You must be able to legally work in the USA, have a current Maryland drivers license that is in good standing, hours will be from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch (8 hours a day) must be able to work overtime if needed, paid vacation and sick leave as accrued .
