Job Description:
Seeking a reliable General Laborer to assist HVAC technicians with installations, perform shop tasks, and handle on-site responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in general labor, facilities work, HVAC or appliance assistance, or similar hands-on roles.
Compensation:
$19–$23/hour, depending on experience and skill set.
$21–$25/hour for candidates with strong skills and relevant experience.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist HVAC technician with system installs and service
Support with appliance diagnosis, and repair.
Perform general labor duties in the shop and on job sites.
Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment and materials.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop and work areas
Load/unload materials and equipment
Perform basic tool use and lifting tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Clean and valid driver’s license (required – must be able to drive the company truck)
Ability to pass a background check (required)
Comfortable lifting and moving up to 100 lbs (team lifting support provided when needed)
Dependable, on-time, and detail-oriented
Qualifications
Desired Skill Set:
Basic Hand and Power Tool Use – Familiar with drills, saws, wrenches, and HVAC-related tools
Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to understand and support mechanical systems like HVAC units and appliances
Physical Strength & Stamina – Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working on feet for extended periods
Safe Driving Skills – Comfortable driving company vehicle to job sites with a clean driving record
Attention to Detail – Careful when following instructions, measuring, or installing components
Dependability – Reliable attendance, prompt, and consistent communication
Team Player – Works well alongside techs and takes direction easily
Problem-Solving – Able to identify basic issues on-site and assist with solutions
Customer-Facing Professionalism – Polite, respectful, and represents the company well when on jobs
Organizational Skills – Keeps tools, materials, and the workspace tidy and ready for use
Bonus: Appliance Repair or HVAC Support Experience – Not required, but very helpful
