Requirements:
- Ability to carry up to 80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- General knowledge of hand and power tools used in construction.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with co-workers.
- Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including carrying materials, operating tools, and performing basic construction activities under supervision.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites.
- Learn and develop skills in various construction trades.
- Take direction from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
