We are seeking a reliable Gardener's helper for occasional work in our large, private garden in Oakton, Virginia. This is part time, on call work best suited for someone with experience gardening.
Tasks include:
- Watering, weeding, deadheading
- Light maintenance and some light mulching
- Planting and seasonal project assistance, especially in April and May
- Garden care and watering when we are out of town, (3-5 times per summer, 1-2 weeks at a time)
Details:
- $20/hr
- No regular schedule, flexible hours with plenty of notice. Will have active work each month of gardening season.
- Ideal for students, retirees or gardening enthusiasts
- Must speak English and have own transportation
