Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Garage Coating Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and application of various coating systems to garage floors, ensuring a professional and durable finish.
Must be able to drive themselves to job site in the Northern VA and surrounding area.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Hours per week is going to vary depending on work on the schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare garage floors for coating application by cleaning, grinding, and repairing surfaces.
Mix and apply epoxy, polyurethane, polyaspartic, polyurea and other coating materials according to manufacturer specifications.
Ensure proper curing and finishing of the coating to achieve a smooth and durable surface.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment used in the coating process.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
