Hi. Our long-term farm manager is moving out of the area, so we are looking for a new partner at our farm. This is a full-time, M-F position which involves feeding animals, landscaping, minor plumbing, minor electrical, ability to repair drywall/paint, willingness to learn how to install/maintain fencing, clean gutters. Basically, a true-blue farm manager.
Position comes with a 3BR, 2Bath house on the property. This is a very well-maintained home with quartz countertops in the kitchen and stainless steel large refrigerator, etc. Tile flooring in the living room and eat-in kitchen. HVAC replaced in 2023. Hot water heater replaced in 2024. The yard has a firepit and there is a vegetable garden in the back yard.
There is a farm-use vehicle, so you won't have to put mileage on your car during the work week. Our tractor, UTV, machines, etc are in good working order. You will have the tools needed to do the job well. Basic maintenance (oil changes, air filters, etc) is part of the position.
We do drug-test and run a criminal background check. No smoking, no drugs, no exceptions. This is an employee position, and we offer a competitive weekly wage, in addition to 2 weeks paid vacation and major holidays off.
We have kids who have farm-chores, especially in the summer. So, trustworthiness and integrity are high-priorities for us.
