Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience ($18-$25/hr)
About the Role:
We are a professional landscape company specializing in residential and commercial installations, hardscapes, softscapes, and property maintenance. We're seeking a motivated landscape laborer who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with landscape installation, grading, planting, mulching, and sod laying
Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
Load and unload materials including soil, stone, and plants
Assist with hardscape projects: patios, walkways, retaining walls
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean job site
Support crew leaders in daily tasks and project completion
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of professional landscape or construction experience
Reliable transportation to our Springfield, VA yard
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Knowledge of basic landscaping tools and equipment
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
