DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES involve:
♦ Greeting candidates cordially
♦ Reviewing their application for completeness
♦ Copying & filing documents
♦ Maintaining organization of Personnel Files
♦ Completing special projects & other related duties as assigned
Ideal candidate must possess a strong attention to detail as well as excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure that updated credentials are maintained for each personnel file.
This position requires a strong knowledge of MS Access.
College degree preferred.
