Due to increased workloads, we are currently hiring staffing and recruitment specialists to join our operational teams in MD, PA and NJ (Remote Work Available)
A successful candidate will ideally have experience in identifying and collaborating with companies on a regular basis to proactively identify immediate and future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Our ideal recruiter will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles, hold a minimum of high school diploma and combined with work experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates and credentialling.
You should be able to work extra hours needed to fulfil client requirements.
We are looking for candidates familiar with the healthcare and IT industries.
Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
Manage Existing Client Accounts and bring onboard new clients
Identifying and collaborating with companies on a regular basis to proactively identify immediate and future hiring needs
Establishes recruiting requirements by studying client requirements and meeting with client to discuss needs.
Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting matching candidates to fill the required roles, shifts and hours of clients.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites and networking.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and verification of licenses
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with workers, recommending new procedures, and updating training requirements.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
Skills in researching about prospective clients
Ability to cold call prospective clients and follow through to contracting stages
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Supports workplace diversity
Familiarity with relevant employment Law
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Professionalism, organization, and people management skills
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
2-4 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
Minimum High School Diploma Required
