RN
As the Registered Nurse (RN), you will conduct regular client assessments and direct our staff of caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and Conduct Care Plan and Assessments with clients
- Direct and evaluate the caregiving staff and provide feedback
- Ensure compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements and standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Pass background check
CNA/GNA/HHA
As a Caregiver, you will work with clients who need companionship and support with daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Personal care (assistance with toileting, incontinence care, showering, bathing, transferring)
- Companionship
- Escort to appointments
- Light housekeeping
- Assistance with light meal prepping
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- High School or Equivalent (Required)
