Supervising day support staff to ensure regulations and compliance are being upheld.
Ensuring individuals are being supported to maintain their health, safety, and access to the life they want by ensuring continuous implementation of ISP’s and BSP’s.
Establish/develop/conduct day support program tours as directed by the Program Director and/or owners.
Monitor and document process of individuals to include data collection, periodic progress reports, and other documentation as stipulated by state governing bodies or by company management.
Coordinate activities at the day program and community including day training and/or employment and recreational activities.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, individuals served.
Oversees the transportation of individuals being provided by the day program.
Completes administrative tasks
Act as back-up transportation and DSP, when needed.

Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality, while practicing the level of transparency valued by the agency.
Assist in setting standards for a professional corporate image through quality and friendly service, communication and presentation, by working well with staff at all levels, as well as consumers and external contacts, including individuals of diverse cultures and capabilities.
Available Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm (40hrs)

Minimum Qualifications Required:
Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, social science, or related field
Will consider 5plus years Years of experience in intellectual disabilities program supervision or auditing.
Ability to interpret complex regulations, maintain confidentiality, conduct research, make recommendations, and implement solutions. Strong analytical, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and handle competing priorities.
Demonstrated knowledge of, or strong interest in, working with individuals with disabilities, preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suites.
Familiarity with Virginia DBHDS, DSS, is strongly preferred.
Proven strong organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications: Experience working in the developmental disability and/or mental health field.
