Family living in Sterling,VA is seeking a trustworthy personal care attendant with professionalism and compassion for a 32 year old young lady with Down Syndrome. The attendant will be responsible for implementing the young lady's daily care plan in a respectful manner. This care plan includes but is not limited to transportation to/for activities/appointments, personal care and hygiene, special meal preparation, medicine supervision, monitoring health needs, at home exercise plan and other daily living tasks.
Hours are Tuesday-Thursday (6am - 9am and 5pm - 9pm) and Friday - Monday (6am -9 pm)
- The candidate will be required to maintain records of of hours of service with employer Consumer Direct.
- The candidate must be aware of chemical and environmental triggers for an immunocompromised individual.
- The candidate must have clear English diction as the individual is hearing impaired.
