The Center for Autism Support and Training (CAST) centerforautismsupportandtraining.com is looking for several new employees and/or paid college interns that want to provide one to one support for teens with autism. Provide training and mentorship to individuals in activities of daily living and a range of goals that help them improve in the areas of hygiene, recreation, chores, community activities, communications, use of money and more.
These positions are afternoon and evening shifts and may include weekend hours as well.
One position is from 2:00 – 8:00 pm
Several positions are from 4:00 to 8:00 pm
Some positions are weekend, 8 hours +.
Applicants should have their own car and car insurance, and should be caring, warm. self-motivated, flexible individuals.
Experience ensures a higher salary, but we provide training.
Hourly rates vary depending on experience levels, but salaries are in the range of $19-$24 per hour.
We have full and part-time positions.
While we are primary seeking female staff for most of our positions currently, male applicants with experience are also being sought.
