Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing personalized and attentive home care services. Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, nutritional needs, and medication reminders

Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.

Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.

Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.

Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed

Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.

Document care provided and any notable observations.

Follow established care plans and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a plus.

Prior experience in caregiving, either in a home care setting or a healthcare facility.

CPR and First Aid certification.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if required for the position).
