As a Dental Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients visiting or calling the dental practice. Your role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Patient Communication:

Greeting patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable.

Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries professionally and courteously.

Sending appointment reminders and follow-up messages.

2. Administrative Tasks:

Collecting and updating patient information accurately, including insurance details.

Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with regulations (HIPPA).

Maintaining a well-organized and clean reception area.

3 Problem Resolution:

Addressing patient concerns, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate staff members for resolution.

4. Team Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with dental assistants, and dentists to ensure seamless patient care.

Coordinating with the dental team to accommodate urgent appointments or schedule changes.

5. Patient Comfort:

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications in office administration or customer service are beneficial).
