Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs to join our team. We offer a variety of employment types to fit your schedule and career goals, including full-time, part-time, temporary, and substitute positions. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career, we have opportunities that will allow you to grow and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Help with mobility and physical therapy exercises
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
Assist with medical procedures as directed by nursing staff
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols
Qualifications:
Valid certification for CNA, PCA, or HHA in the state of Virginia
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and moving clients
Reliable and punctual
What We Offer:
Flexible schedule
Pay $16 - $25 per hour starting, depending on experience, hours, week or weekend shifts taken
On demand pay
