Job Description: Full-time/Part-time
Currently seeking qualified Home Health Aides, Caregivers and Home Health Aides to provide services to clientele in the Frederick Area. Potential applicants must display proficiency in:
Providing assistance with (ADLs) as well as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing companionship to the client and emotional support
Meal Prep and light housekeeping
Assisting clients with mobility and transferring
Monitoring and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Accompanying the client to and from appointments
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Caregiver, or Certified Nursing Assistant is preferred. Applicants will be verified before being assigned schedules.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be physically able to handle the rigors of working with clientele
Demonstrate ability to manage timekeeping software
