We are looking for dedicated and empathetic CNAs to join our team at Pivotal Assisted Living. Hiring for day shift (7a-3p) and evening shift (3p-11p). Medication Aide certification is preferred. Our boutique 8-bed facility, owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, is nestled in the heart of Springfield, Virginia, and offers a warm, homelike environment for seniors who deserve the best of care and companionship. Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and support to residents, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Monitor and report changes in residents' health, behavior, and needs to the nursing team.
Engage with residents through social activities, conversation, and companionship, ensuring their emotional and social well-being.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure the dietary needs of residents are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
Collaborate with the caregiving team to deliver high-quality care and support.
Required Qualifications:
Med Aide Certification preferred.
CPR training is required.
Passion and love for working with seniors.
Previous experience in caregiving or senior care.
Ability to perform physical tasks involved in caregiving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Reliable transportation.
Compensation is $18-23/hour, depending on experience.
