The Folger Shakespeare Library, located on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, is seeking multiple part time Visitor Experience Experts to join the Visitor Experience (VEX) team! The Folger closed its doors for 3 years and spent $80 million to renovate our building specifically for our visitors. Now that we are reopening to the public in June, VEEs will take on various roles including welcoming visitors into the building, talking with visitors to find out what they are interested in, selling tickets to events, guiding event attendees to seats, interacting with visitors in the gift shop, and much more. VEEs provide exemplary hospitality to all who enter the building, whether they are a visitor, guest, researcher, or making a delivery.
