We are hiring a full time Shift Supervisor for weekdays and weekends at our store at
4115 Campbell Avenue, Arlington, Virginia
The pay range is $18 to $21 per hour (which includes tips) and depends on experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Restaurant experience required
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Supervisory experience in retail or restaurant environment preferred
- Virginia State Food Safety Certificate (you will be reimbursed for the cost of obtaining this if you do not already have this license).
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible in working weekdays or weekends as needed.
JOB DUTIES
- Handle all aspects of business including processing customer purchases, preparing food, explaining products to customers, and answering questions from customers
- Manage Associates working in store to ensure efficiency, high food quality and excellent customer service
- Train new Associates
- Perform closings of the store
- Manage cash in register and prepare daily deposits
