Qualifications:
- Familiarity with fine dining or semi-fine dining service
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
Requirements:
-Experience in fine dining or semi-fine dining restaurants.
-Communicating with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability
-Recording transactions in the TOAST POS system at the time of the order
-Maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
-Completing closing duties by restocking items, turning off lights, etc
-Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to managers
-Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
-Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
-Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
-Speak with others using clear and professional language
-Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
-Support the team to reach common goals
