Our company is seeking managers who can train and guide our employees to help provide a memorable experience for our customers. We are looking for experienced managers with expertise in team management, customer service and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a strategy that will enable our organization to meet its current challenges as well as to reach new levels of success on a continuing basis.

Responsibilities:
Increase profitability by increasing sales volume
Ensure that the restaurant is well-staffed and running smoothly
Monitor store inventory, ordering and receiving
Be aware of and comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Ensure the restaurant meets health code standards when preparing food and serving customers
Learn and monitor all functions of the operation
Scheduling and Payroll processing
Ensure a positive dining experience for customers
