What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations for a three-meal restaurant with high-volume service.
Lead, train, and motivate a diverse front-of-house team.
Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to execute an evolving menu and guest experience.
Manage labor, scheduling, and financial performance with attention to detail.
Ensure smooth service transitions from day to night.
Maintain brand standards and compliance with all safety and health guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
Strong leadership with a hospitality-first mindset.
Skilled at balancing structure with organization
Experience managing both restaurant dining and beverage-forward programming is a plus.
Flexible availability — Morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays,
