Long time established restaurant in NW Washington dc is looking for individual to fill the position of
Professional line cook/ salad
position is mostly starting at 4 pm with one or 2 double shifts.
we are flexible for the schedule and we can work together to offer you the best shifts.
Responsibilities:
Preparing food for hours of operation, knives skill, cleaning/cutting fish filet, butchering all meats
Cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
Clean up the station and take care of leftover food
Stock inventory appropriately
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
