La Chaumiere, a French fine dining restaurant, is looking for a full time prep cook (approx 35hrs/week). The right candidate will have experience in a scratch kitchen, be adept and meat and fish butchering, as well as garde manger.
Responsibilities include: Preparing foods as determined by the chef. Working in a clean and sanitary manner. Assisting on the cook line. Washing cutlery and dishes.
Must be able to lift and carry 40lbs and exhibit safe knife skills
La Chaumiere is open 6 days per week for dinner and lunch Wed - Fri (closed Sunday and many holidays).
