Job Summary
Catering company is seeking a reliable and trustworthy On-Call Delivery, Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our catering and events operations. Hours are limited during the slow season, with increased availability during peak months.
This role is ideal for someone who values flexible, as-needed work and takes pride in being dependable.
Responsibilities
Timely delivery and pickup of food, beverages, and catering equipment
Safely operate company vehicles
Load, unload, organize, and return catering equipment
Conduct inventory counts and update tracking logs
Report damaged, missing, or low inventory items
Requirements
Valid U.S. driver’s license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts
What to Expect
On-call scheduling (no guaranteed hours)
Low hours initially during slow season
Hours increase during peak catering months
Preferred Experience
Catering, events, hospitality, or logistics experience
Experience driving cargo vans
Inventory or warehouse organization experience
