We're seeking a sous chef for a new location at The Wharf. The ideal candidate will be skilled, inventive, organized and committed to our focus on local, sustainable ingredients.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years operating in a high production kitchen environment as Sous Chef / Lead Cook
Well-versed in meeting food cost and labor goals
Is capable of instilling systems that will ultimately drive a successful operation
Has experience in restaurant openings
Creates a positive and welcoming work environment
Self-motivated and works well under pressure
Takes direction with a positive disposition and welcoming attitude
