Position Overview:
As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team and help us make a splash in the world of bubble tea. As a Barista at ArTeA TeaShop & TeaLab, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and crafting delightful bubble tea beverages for our customers. Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with creativity and precision
Learn and master our unique bubble tea recipes
Embrace the art of customer service by providing a warm and inviting experience
Contribute to the setup and organization of the shop in preparation for the grand opening
Engage with customers, answer inquiries about our offerings, and make personalized recommendations
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth operation
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful grand opening
Requirements:
No previous experience required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for bubble tea and a willingness to learn
Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus
A passion for bubble tea and a desire to learn and experiment with different flavors
Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the unique challenges of a new shop
Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings
