Description of Role
Ledo Pizza South Arlington is adding to our team. We are looking to add experienced cashiers and part time pizza cooks. Immediate Hours Available. Seasonal applicants will not be considered. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained,
● Responsible for taking and receiving cash and credit card payments from guests
● Providing excellent customer service to guests
● Enforce and monitor all health, safety, and sanitation standards
● Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines
● Will report directly to Shift Supervisors and Store Manager
● Work closely with the Front of House Manager to provide a seamless experience
● Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving their departments
Requirements
Cashiers - 2 years of customer service experience
Pizza Cook - 1 year experience in high volume pizza establishment
● Must have 3-4 days availability (non-negotiable)
● Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised
● Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
● Must have general food knowledge
● Must have reliable transportation
● Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
● Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail
● High standards of personal hygiene and personal appearances
● Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time
● Must pass reference/background check
● Must be proactive and able to upsell and describe menu items
● Able to lift 25 lbs
● Fluent in English for front of house roles
