- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using the hotel’s PMS (Property Management System)
- Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Uphold hotel security and privacy standards
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
