Grand Cru and Bistro Sancerre is seeking a corporate executive chef to oversee and work both locations. This is a working position requiring active line work. Duties include overseeing menu, purchases, kitchen cleanliness and adherence to regulations.
Applicants should have a good knowledge of all aspects of BOH operations. Takeout and Catering. Classical and Modern French and American cuisine. Able to ensure steaks and grill temperatures are accurate and consistent.
Compensation is based on profit sharing and BOH performance.
