Location: Benny’s Big Time Pizzeria, Wilmington NC

Compensation: $68,500-$79,000 annually + bonus, health benefits, 401K, profit sharing & long-term growth opportunities

Position Type: Full-time, salaried

Experience Preferred:

3+ years in a senior leadership role as an impact player for a high-volume, full-service restaurant, restaurant group

Benny Big Time Pizzeria is searching for an experienced hospitality professional to lead our team. This role as General Manager is a high-impact operational role with the opportunity to lead initiatives, mentor teams, and influence the future of the company alongside ownership.

You'll Be Responsible For:

Supporting day-to-day operations

Improving accountability systems, team performance, and service consistency

Training, coaching, and developing management and hourly team members

Implementing & revising brand standards, SOPs, and high-level guest experiences

Playing a critical role in strategic initiatives

Would Be Great if You Have:

Experience in both FOH & BOH operations

Background in catering

A strong interest in growth-stage brands or emerging restaurant groups

Experience in marketing or brand development

Tech-savvy with comfort using modern systems and tools

A desire to shape systems and be part of something bigger than yourself
