Mexicano Square is looking for Cook / Driver , someone who is passionate about food and food service to join our team as a manager of one of our food trucks.
Mexicano Square is looking for hard working, dependable, reliable and trustworthy individuals to work on one of our Food Truck that sells our food in the streets of DC (Mon-Saturday) and at special events in VA and DC (on the weekends).

Responsibilities include:
Cooking our food on a Gas / Charq Grill
Fulfilling online, catering and special event orders
Working on our mobile Mexicano Square truck (prep, stock, sell)
Stocking shelves with inventory at our Trucks
Keeping production area and truck clean
Willing to do tasks that require cleaning, lifting/carrying (up to 40lbs), etc. . .
General requirements:
Must be able to get to work on time and consistently
Must have valid Driver's License with clean driving record
Have own car (preferred)
Great customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and follow directions & company policies
Must be respectful and able to work with others well.
Must speak English - Spanish bilingual is a plus
Pay: Pay: $650 / week+ Tips with bonuses & pay increases based on job performance.
Requirements:
- Driver's License (for driver position)
- Clean driving record
- Ability to drive and parallel park a food truck
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow policy and work efficiently
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environme
- Ability to work Tuesday -Friday from 7:30 am-4pm and Saturday & Sunday 9am 6pm
Responsibilities: -
Prep food for the day
- Load truck in the morning with all the necessary things for the day
- Drive to the location of the day, and park in a prime vending location
- On street marketing
- Sell food to the lunch crowd
- Drive back to kitchen
- Restock and clean truck
