BARTENDER NEEDS ( PLUS ALL ABOVE) - MINIMUM 3+ Years EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge of all standard call cocktails
Ability to maintain consistency with a jigger - familiarity with this is a MUST
Ability to memorize and effectively make all in house cocktails (change seasonally).
Ability to multitask behind the bar and assist with BOTH Service well + Bar guests.
Ability to keep a clean and well maintained bar area
