Serve all Smith guests by being attentive through the entire length of their meal.
Provide information to help with food and beverage selections.
Create an atmosphere for guests that makes them feel welcomed each time they come to The Smith.
Offer specials, cocktails, make suggestions where necessary and answer any questions.
Pay special attention to special requests and dietary needs by informing the kitchen.
Observe the entire dining experience ensuring that they leave having had an enjoyable experience.
