Our kitchen team is looking to expand and we are looking to hire the following:
Cook - prep & line - some experience required
Dishwasher - no experienced required but appreciated
Line/Prep Cook responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Opening the kitchen and setting up for a successful day of prep & service.
Working from established prep lists and recipes
Working the line - picking up dishes according to the established standard
Breaking down station at the end of the night
Keeping lines between peers and FOH open - COMMUNICATION IS KEY!
Attention to detail - presentation and food quality
Dishwasher/Steward responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ washing & polishing dishes and kitchen equipment
+ maintaining a clean dish area
+ restocking paper goods and cleaning supplies
+ overseeing kitchen organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
+ Valid Food Handler’s card
+ PM & weekend availability
+ Ability to work clean and efficiently
+ Basic kitchen etiquette
+ Knife skills
+ Must be a self starter and comfortable working on your own!
Line Cook Responsibilities Include:
