We are urgently looking for an experienced cook to join our team who has experience cooking authentic Pakistani/Indian dishes. Note : we are located in Washington DC and we prefer candidates who can speak/understand Urdu, Hindi or Spanish.
Job discerption for this position is as follows
1- should be able to make curry dishes including Butter chicken, Chicken Tikka masala, chicken karahi, lamb korma, chana masala and other chicken, Lamb and veggie dishes.
2- Biryani dishes including chicken biryani, Lamb biryani and veggie biryani.
3- All other dishes which mostly come under Traditional Indian/ Pakistani menu.
3- Cutting meat/ assisting other kitchen staff when needed
3- should be a great team player who has good work ethics and follow the management directions.
