Restaurant refresh underway for fully operational steakhouse/deli/bar in the Foggy Bottom area. Looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine candidate to assume control of the kitchen, which in addition to on-site sales, supports catering and off-site operations. Restaurant is upscale/casual, with plenty of room to grow and develop new concepts.
Candidates with creativity, organizational and managerial competence, and good interpersonal skills are preferred. A passion for cooking and hospitality will help take us to the next level.
Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10AM - 8PM on average. Competitive salary ($80k - $100k) with PTO.
