We are a unique, fast-growing gourmet pizza restaurant specializing in Caribbean-inspired pizzas such as oxtail pizza, jerk chicken pizza, and seafood specialties.
We’re looking for a Caribbean Gourmet Chef who can bring authentic flavors and creativity to our kitchen — with a special focus on preparing our signature oxtail topping and developing new gourmet pizza concepts.
Position Details:
Full-time role, competitive pay (based on experience)
Hands-on kitchen position with opportunity for culinary creativity
Work directly with ownership to design and launch new specialty pizzas
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook oxtail for our signature oxtail pizza
Develop new Caribbean-inspired gourmet pizza specialties (jerk chicken, seafood, etc.)
Assist in recipe development and menu innovation
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety protocols
Requirements:
Professional cooking experience (Caribbean cuisine required)
Strong creativity and passion for blending traditional Caribbean flavors with gourmet pizza
Reliability, consistency, and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
