About the Role:
You will be more than a budtender you ll be a guide for clients seeking support on their healing journeys.
Your energy, knowledge, and heart will directly impact how people experience Aligned from their first step through the door to the healing they take home.
Responsibilities:
Greet each customer warmly, providing a supportive, educational, and loving experience.
Guide clients in selecting cannabis products and wellness services based on their needs and intentions.
Stay informed about our products (flower, edibles, cartridges, topicals) and the wellness services we offer (Reiki, Sound Healing, Yoga, and more).
Educate clients on safe and mindful consumption practices.
Maintain an organized, welcoming, and beautiful retail space.
Embody Aligned s mission and values in all interactions internally and externally.
Support community events, outreach efforts, and in-store promotions as needed.
Commit to personal growth, learning, and teamwork.
