Job Summary:
The Bartender will be the face of the bar, crafting memorable cocktails, pouring beers and spirits with precision, and delivering warm, engaging service to every guest. We're looking for someone who can keep the energy up, the drinks flowing, and the guests coming back for more.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests, take drink orders, and serve beverages with speed and accuracy
Mix and serve signature cocktails, beers, and a variety of spirits according to recipes and presentation standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Engage with guests to create a fun, inviting atmosphere
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
Follow all health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling
Assist with bar prep, inventory counts, and restocking as needed
Qualifications:
1+ year of bartending experience in a high-volume or full-service restaurant/bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Must be 21+ and able to serve alcohol responsibly
TIPS or ABC Certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
