Objectives of this role
Maintain a positive restaurant culture
Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations
Interact with diners and build positive rapport.
People who operate with a sense of urgency.
People who love to serve.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
Assist the Manager and keep up smooth restaurant operations. (prev exp not necessary, but helpful)
Assist in supervising total of 8 employees. (6 at one time)
Communicate with diners and mitigate potential conflicts
Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.
Will work making pizza, taking out of oven (conveyor belt oven), cutting, adding more “finishes”, cashiering, opening up and maintaining dining room (very small) and patio, occasional dishwashing (not often), opening up store, count registers, do checklists to make sure we are prepared for a busy rush…

Proven work experience in a restaurant setting
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong knowledge of restaurant management software(a PLUS, not needed)
Willingness to work flexible hours.
Knowledge of Word and Excel. (basic)
Must not be a thief.
Must have good references from jobs that they have been at for long.
All shifts available (day and night); Speaking English is a must (at least good English).
