Join Our Team as a Bartender at Agua 301, located in the heart of Navy Yard!
At Agua 301, we're not your typical Mexican restaurant. Our menu is inspired by the diverse and vibrant flavors of Mexico City and is made with fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Our team is dedicated to creating an unforgettable dining experience for every guest, and we are looking for dynamic and hospitable Bartenders & Servers to help us achieve that goal.
Located in the heart of the bustling and vibrant Navy Yard neighborhood, right on the water and next to Nationals Park, Agua 301 is a popular destination for locals and visitors alike. As a Team Member at Agua 301, you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional customer service in a thriving and fast-paced environment.
We're looking for experienced Bartenders & Servers who are passionate about hospitality and have a deep understanding of hospitality and guest service. No prior experience is required for the server/host position- we will provide training to help you develop your skills and become a valuable member of our team. however, a genuine love for hospitality and a willingness to leave your ego at the door is essential.
Bartender Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cocktail recipes and the ability to create unique and creative drinks
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Strong cash handling skills and knowledge of POS systems
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to serving alcohol
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be at least 21 years of age
Server Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of our food and beverage menus
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
