In this vital role you will help coordinate and lead the application of different imaging strategies to support our portfolio of innovative oncology drug candidates. You will be expected to work with cross functional teams to design, execute and analyze imaging studies.There will be a significant emphasis on our Oncology portfolio, though imaging strategies are used in all our therapeutic areas.Responsibilities:

Lead, design and implement multi-modality imaging measures as endpoints for oncology therapeutic clinical studies.

Support several fast track and advanced clinical programs throughout the different development stages including FIH, registrational and life cycle management to allow a deep understanding of team/therapeutic needs.

Work closely with imaging, clinical development and clinical operation leads to formulate appropriate imaging biomarker strategies.

Support central review and adjudication strategies led by Imaging CRO

Serve as a SME while supporting imaging-focused strategic sourcing and vendor management teams in vendor capability/quality evaluations.

Provide subject matter expertise with regards to response criteria (RECIST, PCWG3, Lugano, RANO etc.), their incorporation in different clinical settings and troubleshooting site issues which may impact them.

Provide leadership in translation/utilization of novel imaging modalities (PET) in early clinical oncology studies.

Work with clinical teams and Precision Medicine to support utilization of AI-driven image analysis tools (Radiomics) in clinical oncology studies.

Provide consultation to non-clinical imaging teams to plan studies to help inform on clinical study design.

Develop and deliver training to study teams on imaging response criteria.

The dynamic professional we seek is a subject matter expert with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate degree PhD OR PharmD OR MD [and relevant post-doc where applicable] and 3 years of pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics experienceOrMaster’s degree and 6 years of pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics experienceOrBachelor’s degree and 8 years of pharmaceutical and/or diagnostics experiencePreferred Qualifications:

Three (3) or more years of experience in clinical research working within an imaging CRO or within a pharmaceutical company.

Expert knowledge of imaging modalities including CT, MRI and PET

Experience with development of clinical protocols, imaging study manuals and procedures, SOPs and other documentation involved with the execution of clinical imaging studies and utilization of response criteria.

Experience with presentation of results and reporting to clinical teams which rely on the information for clinical decision making.

Excellent communication skills allowing to break down complex imaging concepts and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated ability to present scientific content to diverse audiences is required.
