This position requires 2+ years of experience directly delivering strategic support, stakeholder engagement, and project management consulting support to the federal government, preferably to DHS Components. This position may be required to be onsite in the DC Metro area post COVID restrictions.
This professional will provide project management support services and may lead operational activities such as response to taskers and inquires, meetings, and direct communication with the Project Manager and Client team on status updates.This position will play a critical role in supporting the broader team in executing long term programmatic planning efforts to establish a new client program of next-generation capabilities, processes, and procedures for enhancing the security effectiveness and operational efficiency of the client mission-based capabilities through enhanced detection, automation, integration, and connection.This position will assist in strategic program support in terms of program risk management, critical issue identification and basic program assessment.Additionally, assistance in support of helping define funding requirement justifications to help secure congressionally allocated funding and R&D funding. Requirements: • MUST HAVE U.S. CITIZENSHIP• Secret Clearance preferred• Possess the project management and organizational skills to effectively manage a workflow(s), collaborate with and/ormanage various professionals while reporting status updates to the project manager and Grant Thornton leadership• Possess a technical mindset to quickly learn about current and emerging TSA screening technologies, algorithm development, and systems integration• Must have excellent PowerPoint Skills and Excel SkillsVacancy caducado!
