Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience :8 year(s) of experience directing and/or managing strategic marketing and sales operations, including reporting, metrics, strategic insights and alignment, and special projects.Preferred Qualifications :Degree Preferred :Bachelor DegreePreferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing multiple complex and large budget projects with a reputation for quality, on time and with scope of completion in large and highly matrixed organizations, in the following areas:

Demonstrating depth and breadth of knowledge and understanding of financial management (including investments) and related operations, strategy, risk management; as well as policies and processes for large functions;

Demonstrating ability to develop working relationships with and partner with staff at all levels, including firm leaders in a matrixed structure;

Partnering, consulting, and negotiating with leaders and representatives from across the organization, including Finance, Human Capital, CDO, OGC, Clients, and the Segments;

Monitoring the business environment proactively and identifying and addressing relevant trends, risks, opportunities, and issues that could potentially affect the success of the Marketing, Communications, and Client Experience team in achieving budget goals and outcomes;

Possessing ability to accurately analyze financial results, identifying issues, making, and clearly communicating recommendations, supporting conclusions, and functioning as a persuasive representative;

Demonstrating proven project leadership, management, and organizational skills;

Working independently and as a senior leader on projects, influencing leadership by providing project and operational planning, administration, and implementation;

Representing key stakeholders, such as Strategic Initiatives & Operations Leader, Marketing Leader, Comms Leader, Client Experience Leader, Creative Leader, and Operations Directors in various meetings and consulting with them as appropriate on complex, high risk, and strategic matters;

Developing, interpreting, and presenting complex analyses and financial information to various stakeholders, including senior leadership;

Operating as a trusted business advisor to leadership enabling well informed, strategic business decisions;

Demonstrating a proven record of accomplishment of thinking strategically and holistically about broad implications of actions/decisions;

Displaying experience and knowledge working with Excel, PowerPoint, tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce and other relevant technology tools;

Overseeing and directly managing technical resources in the automation space;

Managing multiple complex and time-sensitive projects proficiently;

Leading system programmers and database administrators as necessary when developing or improving systems or tools;

Communicating, writing, and strategizing effectively (both in verbal and written form), including writing and presentation skills that translate complex concepts into easy to understand and compelling messages to support a point of view across all levels of staff and leadership;

Leading and driving high performing teams including hiring, coaching and development and overseeing responsibilities of team members;

Evangelizing firm strategy of simplification, tech-powered, automation, and other process improvements to drive efficiencies for the team and function; and,

Connecting the dots across projects and teams to understand the big picture.
