The Legal DBS Engineer/Project Manager is responsible for providing Danaher Business System (DBS) facilitation and project management support to Danaher Legal and Compliance (L&C) teams on their continuous improvement projectsIn this role you will have the opportunity to:

Initiate, lead, and facilitate Legal and Compliance process improvement projects through the effective application of DBS Tools.

Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the function, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them.

As part of this job, candidate will be required to achieve and maintain Certified Practitioner/Trainer status for key DBS tools including, at least, Problem Solving Process (PSP), Daily Management (DM) or Transactional Process Improvement (TPI) and one non-fundamental tools such as Visual Project Management (VPM), Change Management (CM) and Training and Facilitation Techniques for Instructors (TFTI).

Support installation and sustainment of Legal and Compliance DBS Plan and Architecture via management of DM audit program, support of enterprise-wide Kaizen Funnel, and installation, maintenance and improvement of Legal & Compliance KPIs at Corporate/Platform levels

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Experience in driving change management initiatives across an organization, ability to establish and build psychological safety and a foundation of trust as a basis for change management.

Proven project management skills, VPM CP or PMP certification preferred.

International business experience.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university (or local equivalent).

Minimum five years related experience and/or training in professional services/corporate support functions, preferably from legal or compliance assurance functions (regulatory, quality, healthcare or trade compliance).

The salary range for this role is $110,00 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
