- • DC, MD, & VA Bar licensure in good standing.

The estimated hourly salary range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000, although a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:- • Interfacing with current clients, providing frequent case status updates.
- • Managing high volume docket of cases.
- • Managing assigned case manager and medical clerk.
- • Filing and responding to motions.
- • Taking and defending depositions.
- • Drafting demands.
- • Attending mediations and hearing.
- • Federal and State petition drafting.
- • Responding to and requesting federal and state discovery.
- • Reviewing medical records.
- • Conducting legal research.
- • Evaluating exhibitions.
- • Team player willing to assist where necessary.
